hi im kai i wanna ask you how to smash when the ball is low and high?

Hi Kai,

If the ball is high you can follow the lesson we have on the Forehand Smash.

If the ball is low it is better to hit the ball with topspin rather than smash the ball flat.  If you try to smash the ball flat it will have very little margin for error and you will make a lot of mistakes.  If you do want to hit this ball flat, then contact the ball from behind the ball and come through like a fast counterhit.
