hi coach i am from Malaysia and i am a amateur player in my school and in table tennis my friend always likes to top spin smash me but i dont know how to save it can you teach me. hope to listen your reply

Hi Daryl,
Work on your blocking stroke. Take a look at these tutorials on the Backhand Block and Forehand Block.
Then also watch the tutorial on Improving Your Reflexes. This will help you get to more balls.
However, I think the best advice comes in this tutorial on I Can't Return That Smash!.
