HI! I have recently came through a player who starts with a high toss, do a pendulum serve and when the ball reaches my table it has no spin on it(dead ball). I have problem returning this serve.

Try to play a flick or a fast push on this ball. If the serve is long then you can also try to topspin the return.
When the ball has no spin it is difficult to push the ball back low.
