How to return a very hard chop/backspin

Coach how can i return some hard chops. i cant return it. i can’t posibly flick it or attack it or to return it short . please read this coach i am a realy fan of u two with Sir Jeff.

Hi Ernest,

The best thing to do is practice the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin stroke.  By adjusting the angle of your swing and the angle of the bat you will learn to lift the heaviest of backspin over the net.
