what drills can help me to recover within 2 hours after a long break. I don't have much time because I have to leave tomorrow to another city for my tournament

Just practice some control drills. The main thing to remember is that you don't really forget these things, just allow yourself to adjust back into the game.
In this session we continue to focus on your footwork. This week we introduce 4 ball footwork drills including my favourite exercise - The PingSkills Drill. We also start work on developing a new serve.
