Sir, Please tell me how I will raise my confidence level so that I can win matches and don't feel nervous at the start and during the match.

Hi Sanjay,

Repetition and improvement of your play leads to confidence.  The main thing is to go into the game and just try to do the best you can.  You need to focus on playing your best table tennis and not too much on the result of the game.  That will come if you play well.
