How to Power Loop off of Backspin

Strokes

I tend to loop the ball much slower when the ball is sent to me with backspin. This is because my emphasis is on brushing up the ball and lifting it up whereas if the ball is sent to me flat, I can hit motre through it, with backspin I find that isn't possible? How can I hit a faster shot off of backspin as opposed to a slower spinnier topspin.

Thank you!

Hi Humza,

To get the ball travelling faster you need to brush the ball faster.  You also need to brush the ball more at the top to get it moving fatster and forward. The two of these have to be done together to get the result.

So brush fast as you can over the top of the ball to get it to lift the backspin and get it moving fast.
