im 14 years old i play ping pong at my friends house and on holiday and i am quite good i really enjoy playing ping pong. but how can i play in compertions. i live in penrith cumbria england

The best thing to do is to find your closest club. The internet is often the best way.

Go to the English Table Tennis website Counties and Leagues Contacts Page. You may be able to find something there.
