How to play high balls

Hey, I am Anmol from India. I use short pimple rubber for my backhand. I play topspin very well. I am facing difficulty on playing ball that comes with hieght on both backhand and forehand as i can't play topspin on them. Please provide any video link or some suggestions for it.

Hi Anmol,

The best stroke to play if the ball is really high, say above shoulder height is the Forehand Smash and the Backhand Smash.  Take a look through these lesson links and you should learn how to deal with these balls.
