I am a penholder grip how to hit the ball with power seems when I play with friends I found that my ball not powerful enough.

Hi Vic,

The main thing about adding power is to start to use more of your body to generate the power.

Think about using the same strokes that we show you in the Basic Strokes area.  Then look at the Advanced Forehand Topspin and Advanced Backhand Topspin to see the development of the more powerful stroke.

The use of the penholder grip has the same principles.
