Hi Jag,

The important thing is to track the ball well.  Make sure you are watching the ball closely.  That means watching the ball all the way through its flight from when you hit it on the way out and then on the way back in again.

If you watch it only from the opponents bat you are getting a broken film of what is happening.  If you track it all the way you are getting the whole film.

You will be surprised at how much earlier you start to see the ball and how much slower the ball starts to feel.
