Training
cheers...... hi there happy holidays and a happy new year for both of you...... by the way i have a question concerning my passion of table tennis....... its like my zest and fire for table tennis are slowly fading away..... i really don't want to let go of table tennis how do i get my passion for table tennis back?
Hi Samuel,
Try to set yourself some new challenges. Even if it is to train a little more or better. Perhaps go to a different playing venue or club and see if you can find some new players to play. This can also inspire some new challenges.
We sometimes get bored if we are doing the same things too repetitively. You may look at some different training drills that you can use as well.
In this session we introduce some random drills. A random drill is where you don't always know where the ball is going. Random drills are really important for your development as they are more game like. You need to be able to play your strokes well even when you don't know where the ball is going. We also continue to work on your new serve. This week we introduce a target into your service practice to help you gain even more control on your serve.
