How to do the Ma Long pendulum serve

Ma Long serves very well but he is basically doing the Pendulum serve.  The thing that he does well is that he changes his serve effectively with subtle changes in spin and speed.

 

To do the Pendulum serve you need to be side on to the table, get your elbow up really high and then utilise your forearm like a pendulum and brush the ball on contact.
