I want to forehand shot. Most of the time, when I tried to do forehand shot, it go up. I want to learn the exact way of doing this. I mean like I want to flat the shot rather than going up. Please teach me how to do it. Thank You!

The topspin that you put on the ball will make it come down. Take a look at the lesson we have on the Forehand Counterhit. It is important to get the technique correct. Copy the technique and take particular note of the start and finish positions of the stroke.
