Strokes
Sir, i want to ask that when we do 3rd ball attack against our opponent if our opponent block that attack what should i do.. may i rub the ball to generate spin on the ball or i just make a fast and flat attack.. if i make fast attack then what should be its correct positions and timing?
Hi Pratham,
You can do either a flat or a topspin attack on the 5th ball.
The safer shot is with spin. The important thing though is to make sure you are watching the ball after you make the 3rd ball and maintain your balance so that you are ready to make the 5th ball effectively.

The forehand counterhit or forehand drive is the foundation for more attacking strokes such as the forehand topspin or forehand loop. There are 3 critical factors:
If you concentrate on these 3 factors then your stroke will become extremely consistent. Once you can reliably hit 100 balls in a row then you are ready for more attacking strokes. If you can hit 1,000 balls on in a row then you know you've truly mastered the stroke.
