How to do a fast pendulum serve

Hi Mark,

Contact the ball with a fast swing and make the contact quite flat.

Then get the ball close to you on your side of the table and get the ball low over the net.  Quite often in training it is good to try and get the ball to go off the end of the table.  By doing this you will find it will free you up and it will show you the limits of how fast you can hit the ball.
