Hi,
First I would like to say that your advice are great so keep up the good work:)
Secondly, how do I counter hard core forehand looper who has a fast and powerful loop.

Hi Tri,
You don't need to use too much power of your own if they are playing fast. Start with a blocking action and then just put a little topspin on the ball by brushing forward over the ball. Utilise their pace against them.
