Hi Alois, i was wondering something, how can i correct my own errors? Because on most of my strokes i get the ball on the net or out of the table and i keep correcting my starting position to finish position and especially on my topspins but i still have a good rubber but im still not with the rook yet if you were wondering. And i know that your video of it, is premium but i dont want the video i just really want to know because it just keeps happening over and over.

Thanks for reading! and im going to be so excited when im going to get the rook!

Hi Pasquale,

The Rook will help a little but first make sure you are watching each time you hit the ball.  Try to adjust also the angle of your racket slightly each time if you feel you have the start and finish positions correct.  If you watch it on a video it may also give you a few hints.  You can just use a phone camera to record a few seconds and watch it back.

#9 - Forehand Attacking Technique

In this session we introduce some random drills. A random drill is where you don't always know where the ball is going. Random drills are really important for your development as they are more game like. You need to be able to play your strokes well even when you don't know where the ball is going. We also continue to work on your new serve. This week we introduce a target into your service practice to help you gain even more control on your serve.
