I started out as a backhand defensive player.  Now i want to work on my forehand I tend to attack with my forehand all the time now.  Is there a way i could switch in between efficiently?

Hi Supun,

The mixture of attack and defence is personal.

Each player will have a different preference as to how much they want to attack.

Think about what is right for you.  Perhaps look to attack whenever the ball is higher and defend the rest of the time.  A very aggressive player will aim to attack at every opportunity, which is whenever the ball is only going t bounce once on their side of the table.
