Training
What are the steps to become a pro, im not talking about practice even though that's important, I mean for instance what the procedures are. All help is appreciated. :) because I really want to be a pro more than anything in the world, but the only thing is there's no clubs to join around where I live, so becoming a pro will he difficult.
Hi Jacob,
One of the most important things is the amount of training you can get. So you need to set yourself up with a system that will allow this. For most players this is a club where you have many players to play with and also can get personal help from other members of the club.
You may need to make the sacrifice of trying to travel to a place where you can get this regular training. If you can't do that try to find a regular training partner closer to home and put in as many hours of focused training as you can.
This week we switch the focus to your backhand attacking technique. If you can develop your backhand topspin your opponent will not be able to pin you down and this will take your game to a new level. With regards to the serve you have been working on, we introduce some tests that you can use to monitor your progress over time.
