Hi coach,

I am left handed and i want to learn how to be a chopper. My opponents are all right handed and it is quite hard for me to chop their smashes.

Thanks

Hi Shaun,

Being a left hander won't effect if you want to be a chopper.

First work on the basic Forehand Chop and Backhand Chop strokes.

Learning to chop smashes will come with good technique.  When the ball is coming faster you can make your stroke more vertical.
