Hi so i have a question about how should i structure my sessions so i am generally an intermediate Player with still having Bad Habits that are Important to Change that could let me improve a Lot. So for example i want to improve my Backhand topspin against Backspin, my placement on my Topspins, also my Footwork Habits, also decisions on the Crossover Point and more Things. And my question is lets say i have 40 Minutes time to do exersices should i really choose 1 topic Like Backhand topspin against Backspin and Work on it or its fine to choose 2 topics per session. So what would you suggest and how you would structure 40 min of practice with exercises in my Situation and what for exersices you would choose ?

Hi Gabriel,

I would limit it to 2 things but with only 40 minutes, it is also fine to just limit it to 1.  I definitely wouldn't try to so more than that.

Start with one focus area and then if you can combine the second one in that would be ideal.

#38 - Backhand 3rd Ball Attack

The backhand topspin off backspin is often considered a harder shot than the forehand. In this week's training session we focus on utilising this shot to make a 3rd ball attack. If you can master this your opponents will find it difficult to stop you attacking and you will constantly have them under pressure.
