Hi,

I currently have an Andro Offensive (with Super Core System) table tennis blade with Friendship 792-3 (tacky) rubber.  The rubber has over 80 hours of play and is nearly worn, and I am thinking about upgrading the rubber to the Xiom Vega Pro as you have suggested.

However, I am not sure if I need to change my blade to the Pingskills Touch or perhaps to another one.  How much difference will the blade make in the effect the bat has on the ball?  Will my current blade be good enough to use with Xiom Vego Pro rubber?

Thanks, as this is the first time replacing a rubber.

Hi,

The blade you are using will be fine.  Just replace the rubber for now.  The rubber is the most important part of the combination.
