How do you block a Smash?

For example you hit a smash then how will I counter it with a smash or block it with a spin?

Is there a way?

Thanks

Hi,

You are best to take a few steps backwards to give yourself time to see the ball.  The lob is a good defense.  Often the ball is travelling too fast to be able to block or smash it back.

Take a lok at the lesson on the Lob.  This will help you.
