I think we left handers have a natural advantage because players don't play against many leeft handers,
The other big advantage is that you can use your backhand to get right handers wide on their forehand side.
Apart from that just work really hard like everyone needs to and the improvements will come.

When I watch the top left-handed players (Boll and Maze) one thing I noticed was their use of the spinny cross-court forehand loop. Normally, this is a shot that a RH playing against another RH is cautious about playing because this means a slower, higher shot to the opponent's forehand side...as such it is not a normal part of a RH's style (since we primarily play against other RHers). However, when a LH does this against a RH, it is to his/her backhand side and therefore much more effective.
Similarly, when I now play against LHers, I try to use this shot as much as possible.
