Hi Ashutosh,
My best advice is to get you to take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Smash. This will show you the correct technique, focusing on the start and finish positin as well as give you a lot of handy hints in case you are finding it difficult.

Backhand Smash
Our advice is to avoid the backhand smash and play the forehand smash instead. However if you do get caught out and need to play it, watch this video to learn the right technique to use.
