How do I improve my forehand smash when playing in a game? Usually when I go to perform my smash it goes straight into the net, especially when I know it shouldn't. How can I get it to go over and land it?

Hi Luke,

If it is going into the net you may be trying to hit the ball when it is too high and dragging the ball down into the net.

Take a look at the tutorial on the Forehand Smash for some more tips on the stroke.

The point is getting into position and letting the ball come to you rather than going into the ball.
