Hi Georgette,

The only answer to this one is lots of practice.  Serving with spin in a very fine skill, which means it takes a lot of training to get it right.  The contact of the bat on the ball needs to be so accurate that your body needs to do it a lot of times before it perfects it.  Repeat the serve as many times as you can.  Put some targets on the table and aim for them. Make the targets quite small like a coin.  Set aside 5 to 10 minutes every time you practice to do some serving training.  Buy yourself a box of 50 to 100 balls, this will make it a lot easier to do.

Sorry no easy answers here.  Keep at it, it is a very worthwhile skill to master but because it takes so much practice not many people are willing to do it.  Keep at it and you will be ahead of the rest!
