          Hi Jimmy,
Speed of shots doesn't inly come with the amount of strength. It also depends on your power. This is determined by your strength and your speed. To get your bat to move faster you also need to have your muscles working in the correct order. If you try too hard, then your muscles start to work in the wrong order and will actually lead to less speed.
Try relaxing a little more and let the bat swing through more naturally. You will be surprised at the amount of speed you can generate.
The forehand counterhit or forehand drive is the foundation for more attacking strokes such as the forehand topspin or forehand loop. There are 3 critical factors:
If you concentrate on these 3 factors then your stroke will become extremely consistent. Once you can reliably hit 100 balls in a row then you are ready for more attacking strokes. If you can hit 1,000 balls on in a row then you know you've truly mastered the stroke.

You can use your body by turn your body when the ball come to the right position turn your body back and hit the ball that way you can generate the speed and when you want to smash the ball but you can't get the power try to jump. (I know it is very strange for you but I see a lot of professional players like Alios jump and hit the ball.) Thank you for reading my suggestion.
