Jeff, is penhold better than shakehand hold , i tried to learn penhold but at time of pushing the ball i push it outside the table .. can u suggest me some tips

Hi Sanket,

If you are finding it difficult with the penhold grip then give the shakehand a try.

They both have their advantages and disadvantages.  Therefore go with the one that feels more comfortable for you.

At the top level, more players are using the shakehand grip now.
