Hello Coach ,

I'm an old member, You have been of great help in my career .

I came across this video " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mu1NSTuwdtw "

In this video, he tells the Chinese are taught to hit with the legs and not forearms .

What does it mean?

How am I supposed to practice or implement that?

Hi Harikrishnan,

Good to hear we have been able to help you with your game.

The total stroke is made up of a sum of the arm, body and legs.  They are just emphasising the legs part of the movement.  I think they are all equally as important.
