Most of the time, I hit the net when returning a serve and I end up losing the match. How do I prevent it?

Hi Aditya,

Firstly aim a little higher.  If the return is always hitting the net perhaps they are serving with more backspin than you are expecting.  If this is the case, tilt your bat backwards so that the ball will go a little higher.  If you have your bat too vertical then the backspin will take the ball into the net.
