Hello Coach,

I think I might be hitting the forehand topspin  too far in font of my body.  Would you please help me with this. A video or a photo would really be helpful.

Hi Phillip,

Take a look at the lesson we have on the Forehand Topspin Against Block and see if this is what your topspin looks like.

If you feel it is too far in front of your body, experiment with hitting it later and see if that helps.
