Hello Alois and Jeff,

I'm really having a problem hitting the ball, especially with the forehand topspin. A lot of the time I swing, and I don't make contact with the ball. How do I fix this?!

Hi Wasiq,

One of the keys will be to watch the ball extra carefully.  You need to track the ball during the rally. This will help you to make contact.  Next think about slowing the stroke down.  You can even start with a basic counterhit and each ball increase the spin slowly until you have a topspin.  The game is just about increasing the things you can do slowly with good control.
