Serving
Hello Sir,
How to do correct toss? because when i do a high toss serve the ball goes off.
Hi Nabeel,
The most important thing is to practice the toss by itself. Stand with the ball and put a piece of paper on the floor in front of you. Throw the ball up and try to get it to land on the piece of paper. Once you feel you can do this consistently, pick up your bat and do the same. Then after a while you can start to make the service action after throwing the ball up. Like all skills it needs work.
