I was thinking that maybe jumping will help with tossing the ball higher. So are you allowed to jump when your serving?

Hi Jasper,
Yes you are allowed to jump but you shouldn't need to jump to get the ball higher. Just work at throwing the ball with your hand and forearm which will be a bit more accurate as well.
