Dear Alois,

I am using the tenergy 05 on my forehand and I am looking for a spiny European style backhand rubber.  Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Thanks, Dillon Quinton

Hi Dillon,

You could try the Yasaka Pryde.  There are a lot of options out there.  Someone else may be able to give you more options.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.

You may want to consider Donic Barracuda.  It gives great spin and good control, suitable for backhand.  The new Tibhar Evolution EL-P and Andro Hexer HD are also quite spinny.

Hello, Dillon. I also believe all the rubbers suggested by Wongopasi are considered excellent b/h spinney rubbers (especially the barracuda) I would include the Donic Acuda S2 1.9 mm.
