How do i return a heavy topspin coming wide out to my forehand or backhand?

Hi Matias,

The key is your movement.  You need to try to move your feet into a balanced position closer to the ball so that you can make a block stroke better.  If you are reaching wide you will be off balance and have to compromise your stroke.
