Hi pingskills.I know that backspin can be returned by topspin, but when the opponent plays with a lot of backspin(long ball) I can't returned back even if I put topspin on the ball. How to avoid that or how to do the topspin to enter the table? By the way thank you for the comment at the previous question about spin.

Hi Adrian,

To lift a really heavy backspin ball you need to have a more vertical stroke with your topspin.

Take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Loop against Backspin.  This will show you the stroke you need to play to get the ball on the table.
