I'm going to the gym after this week (i.e not this monday but the monday coming) and I don't know what sort of exercise that I should do there that will help improve my game. What sort of exercises do you suggest that will improve my game?

Hi Piers,

You need to talk to someone at the Gym and let them know exactly what type of game you play.

In general Table Tennis needs good leg strength.  Also think about specific exercises that are going to help your movement in the game.  Think about the way you move, mostly sideways and see i they can help you with exercises for that.  Of course initially you should do a general program till you build general strength before moving onto specifics for Table Tennis.
