I want to know what kind of test do you do to know how grippy the rubber is and how good it generates spin, without the usage of a table.

Hi Cloud,

I just rub my finger lightly across the rubber. If it feels grippy then it will be able to grip the ball as well.

Thanks coach, i've also seen forcing the ball across a bat in sideways and it does spin, but I guess the basic thing also works though.
