Strokes
Is there any adjustment in grip between forehand and backhand? Even just a subtle change?

Hi, coach!
I have similar question. My grips when I push and topspin are different. When I push, the grip is closer to the head, and not relaxed. During topspin grip is relaxed and not so close to the head. What do you suggest? Push with the grip which I do topspin? Or Topspin with grip of push?
Hi Ardak,
It is ok to have subtle changes there too as long as you are not losing time with the change.

Thank you coach for reply
I sometimes lose time with change. Among all lost points approximately in 10% situations I lose point because of this problem. What do suggest, coach?
In that case I would stay with a more stable grip. You can use both and try which one is better overall. It may also be a compromise between the two grips you use at the moment.
