I am a penhold player. Should i hold my racket loose while playing

Hi Harikrishnan,

Whether you are penhold or shakehand you should have a loose grip.  This will allow you flexibility in your wrist and it will enable you to keep your arm more relaxed as well.

Thanks alois.my i feel much more comfortable holding the racket loose.
