can i hold penhold with only the thumb on the first face and the other four fingers on the opposite side of the grip, please suggest me if is it a right grip or not?

Hi Lakshya,

It is best to have the other finger on the front.  By using the grip like you are, you will have less flexibility in the angle of the racket especially on the forehand block.
