Good blade and long pip rubber for defender

Hello pingskills
Can you give me a suggestion for a good defensive blade for a chopper and can you also suggest a good brand of long pip rubber for my backhand?

Hi Ron,
I don’t have a particular blade or rubber. Get a blade that is rated as All Round or slower and as for long pimples there are so many around. Perhaps others have some suggestions of a particular Long Pimple rubber.
