Hello I’ve been playing now for about 4 months with a work league I’ve made good progress. So I signed up for a class to get the proper technique and now I feel as if I’m playing horrible?  When trying to do the correct hold and swings I feel like I’m very ineffective.  What should I do?

thanks

Hi Maria,

This is quite natural.  When you start to focus on the technique you can often go backwards with your results while you find ow to implement them in a match situation.

Try to utilise the technique in a practice match situation as often as possible and do more integrated practice where you are utilising the technique in random drills where you don't know where the ball is coming.
