getting problem with smash

I am playing tt since last three years. But i don't know how to hit a smash. please help me.

We have just the video for you. Go to the Lesson on the <a href="http://www.pingskills.com/lessons-forehand-smash-table-tennis.php">Smash</a> and it will explain exactly how to play the smash and includes some helpful hints.
