hi this is mark here.i play table tennis for my school team and i have a problem in getting my backhand chop return flat can you help me  .

Hi Mark,

Try to get a finer brushing action on the contact.  This will keep the ball lower.  If you hit it flat with an open angle on your bat it will go high.
