How do you make a lot of topspin with backhand and forehand?

Hi Lucas,

The key to generating spin is the contcat of the bat on the ball.  If you can hit the ball finely you will generate topspin.  To generate more topspin the contact needs to be faster.

If you think about trying to spin a wheel around if you tap it slowly it will spin slowly, if you tap it fast it will spin fast.  Same applies here.

Let us know how you go.
