how can i generate a lot of spin in a reverse pendulum serve

Hi Andrew,

The principles are the same.  Try to get a fast brushing action on the ball.  This will get the ball rotating fast.

The Reverse Pendulum can be more awkward as you need to reach over the top of the ball.  Then get your wrist to go right back to start the swing.  It is like you are trying to touch the inside of your wrist with your fingers.  Then snap the wrist out fast to generate the speed to get the spin.
